I didn't mean to post this as an insult, I mean, I have lots of friends here who live in USA and they are very smart and nice people, but anyways, what I meant is that, I don't understand, since that country having more opportunities than us dominicans or Latin Americans in general and thus could have a better education both in public and private schools can make such horrid mistakes and give such deficient questions.

Because, I'll be sincere, there are some questions there which I wasn't able to understand, but at least I know what Al Qaeda is :/
It also makes me feel very, very sad.
I don't know if is the fault of the government, of the educational system that doesn't seem to be concerned of what americans learn about history or geography or if is just ignorance or the culture of not knowing in general, but this is just plain HORRIBLE.
